SHIPPING POLICY

COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATE

Su-Kham is continuing to closely monitor the latest reports from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) regarding ongoing concerns about the coronavirus COVID-19 as we transition into the new year.

We’d like to address a few questions that have come up regarding customer orders.


Delayed Shipments - Work restrictions may continue to affect shipments to and from our warehouse/vendor warehouses to impacted areas. Delivery Partners - We are in close communication with our freight and parcel delivery partners, which are all adhering to the guidelines from government authorities related to the containment of COVID-19. We will inform you of any relevant changes or possible delays to delivery procedures in accordance with CDC guidelines.

GENERAL DECOR ITEMS

Lead time and shipping varies depending on the product. Information will be specified in each product description. Please note, changes to an address cannot be made after the order has been processed. Once your order has been placed in our shipping queue, we cannot make changes to the order.


PILLOWS / TEXTILES

We strive to have all in stock items shipped as quickly as possible. Most products ship within 5-7 business days. Carrier tracking information will be provided once shipped. Transit times vary depending on product and location. Once shipped you should expect your order to arrive in 2-7 business days.


RUGS

Most of our rugs, subject to availability, typically ship between 5-7 days from the date of your order,  unless otherwise specified on the product page. Please allow another week for delivery.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES

Rugs - Rs. 210

Cushions - Rs. 120

Stools, Pouffes, Ottomans - Rs. 500

Baskets - Rs. 300


OVERSIZED/FRAGILE DELIVERIES 

Most of our furniture and accessories, in addition to rugs, and mirrors will be delivered third party by a delivery service provider. If in stock, most pieces ship within 3-4 weeks of order receipt, unless otherwise specified. Transit typically takes 7-10 business days. This timeframe includes hub transfers, sorting, and inspections. Please refer to the estimated shipping timeframe noted on the product page for each piece.

We also currently only ship our large wooden products to Kolkata, Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore and Bhubhaneswar.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES (OVERSIZED PRODUCTS)

Bhubhaneswar - 3% of the total bill

Kolkata - 5% of the total bill

Bangalore, Delhi, Bombay - 6.5% of the total bill


DAMAGED PRODUCT

Damages to the merchandise while in transit, or defects in manufacturing are rare, but occasionally do happen. Should your piece arrive with a defect or damage we will do our very best to have a replacement shipped out to you as soon as possible. 

Please fully inspect your furniture at the time of delivery and note any damage or defect to our customer experience team within 48 hours of receipt, so that we may file a claim and include in your delivery documents.
