SHIPPING
We ship pan-India!
We offer free shipping over Rs. 2000 now!
You can check the shipping timeline mentioned on the page of the product that you have purchased.
Our smaller accessories, stools, pouffes, coffee tables, etc take anywhere between 5-10 days to be delivered, Meanwhile bigger items such as beds, dining tables, desks, chairs take between 20-45 days to be delivered. You might get your products earlier too, so don't worry!
Since we believe in 'slow furniture', it takes us some time to send you a perfect product, so please have some patience with us. If you don't receive it during the mentioned deadline, call us or drop us an email at sales@su-kham.com, and we'll look into it immediately!
Unfortunately, we don't ship internationally yet. But we do hope to be able to expand soon and send our products across the globe!
Most of our products come to you in 7-ply cardboard packaging. They are mostly flatpacks, which means that they're not as bulky as our fully assembled or pre-assembled items. This is custom packaging that we order to ensure that no harm comes to your order during transit, since these items are extremely fragile.
Take a look at the tracking information that was sent to you in your shipping confirmation. This email will be separate from your order confirmation, so be careful not to miss it!
The fastest way to get an update on your package, including estimated delivery date, is using the tracking number provided.
Orders may encounter delays while in transit with the carrier. We are not responsible for those delays and if you have questions, please reach out to the delivery partner.
Please reach out to sales@su-kham.com within 48 hours of receiving your delivery notification email to confirm your shipping address. We’re happy to take the next steps from there!

Once an order has been processed, we are not able to change the shipping address on your order. If there is a change in your shipping details, please let us know prior to the order being processed.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns or exchanges only if the product sent to you is damaged. Reach out to us and we shall inspect the product, following which our team shall guide you how to proceed with your return//exchange.
Items must be in new, undamaged condition. They also must be returned in original, protective packaging to ensure your return arrives safe and sound. Bedding and towels must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
We stand by the quality of our products and want you to love everything you purchase.
Please open and inspect all items within 3 days of delivery. If you have any quality concerns, please reach out to our client experience team at sales@su-kham.com.
All orders delivered via White Glove service must be inspected for any issues prior to accepting and signing for delivery. The customer reserves the right to decline delivery if the product is damaged and our team of professionals will remove the product immediately. Please reach out to our Client Experience team ASAP so they can assist with a replacement or refund.
PRODUCTS
A lot of our products are store exclusives such as our wardrobes, mattresses. We hope to soon bring them to our online audience as well!
All of our throw pillows come with an insert!

A lot of our products don't require assembly, but for the ones that do, we offer our White Glove Installation Services. Additionally, each package also comes with instructions, so that you can assemble it yourself if you wish to.
